Hi! I am Daniel, a licensed real estate agent in Grand Junction Colorado and member of the National Association of Realtors. I was sworn in to uphold the morals and values of this field.

Born and raised in Grand Junction, I have a deep-rooted love for this community and the people who make it so special. As a Grand Junction native, I’ve had the privilege of watching this area grow and evolve, and I understand the unique neighborhoods, market trends, and hidden gems that make Western Colorado such an incredible place to call home. My background as a paramedic has shaped who I am today—instilling in me the ability to stay calm under pressure, problem-solve quickly, and advocate fiercely for those in my care. Now, as a real estate agent, I bring that same dedication and drive to my clients, ensuring they receive expert guidance and unwavering support in every transaction.

  • The Consultation Appointment: At this appointment, we meet at my office, and have coffee (or a drink of your choice). Here, you get to know me, ask me all the questions you have, and we start brainstorming ideas on what the best next steps are for your individual situation.

  • The Sale Down: This appointment is where you come back, we talk about any additional questions that may have come up, and we create a plan to get your house sold. Think marketing solutions, staging ideas, and more!

  • The Review: This appointment is for the buyer who met with me earlier and maybe buying did not fit your situation at the time but you’re ready now. We will review any updates to your situation and get you started in this process.

  • Note: These appointments can be made through Zoom / Google Meets.
